Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
That's entirely up to you. If you have other things to do, tell us how to get in: some customers give us a garage or door code, others leave a hidden key outside. Whatever method you're most comfortable with works for us.
Do I need to supply the vacuum or cleaning products?
No. We come equipped with everything we need to make your home sparkle. If you'd rather we use your own cleaning products, just tell us when you book and we'll gladly use them instead.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
Yes. We primarily use eco-friendly products, which clean just as well as traditional chemical cleaners. If you prefer traditional products, tell us when you book or when we arrive. Better for the environment, better for you.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes, of course. When you book, tell us your pet's name and species and anything our team should know while they're in your home. Furry friends are family too.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, and we also take cash or check at the time of service.
What's included in a deep cleaning?
A deep clean covers the less accessible spots: under beds and furniture, inside and outside appliances, window blinds, baseboards and walls (spot wiped), light switches, doorknobs and molding, picture frames and mirrors, plus every sink, tub and shower. We recommend two a year.
Can I set up repeat visits?
Yes, and you'll save when you do. Ask about recurring visits when you call.
